Room 201 fridge was so noisy all night had to unplug it. Shower was tiny, mouldy and then went freezing cold half way through shower. Bed very firm. Would not stay again.

Great property close to convention centre. The cleanliness of the bathroom could be improved especially the toilet.

Great place for family with children. Accessible and self contained.

I've stayed in other Ovolo hotels (with their signature and ever-tempting complimentary Candy Bar) and had come to expect high standards and was not disappointed. Staff were excellent - helpful, prompt, and engaging. The dining and lounge area was wonderfully styled and comfortable, with a good selection of meals. Lack of lunch options was a minor issue but less relevant as my trip was conference related, but worth noting. Would recommend and stay again.
